The relevant report (PIR) is evidence that your baggage has been damaged or lost during the flight.
In case of any damage or lost, the relevant report will be requested from you at the time of your application to us, in the absence of a report, it will be accepted by MGA Airlines that the baggage in question has been delivered to you intact.
