Names on tickets cannot be changed and they cannot be transferred to another person

When you realize that you have forgotten your personal belongings on board after your flight, please contact the lost and found departments of the relevant stations. If your personal item is still missing, our Mavi Gök Airlines LF (Lost Found) Team is always ready to assist you with your application.

You will find the exit gate information on the information boards at the airport you are flying into.

Masks are not required on Mavi Gök Airlines flights.

If you purchased your Ticket from the mga.aero, you can carry out your reissue and refund transactions online under the “Manage My Flight” tab on the home page screen by entering your PNR number and last name information.If you purchased your Ticket from a Travel Agent, you can carry out your reissue and refund transactions through the your agency.

As of 01.06.2022, in accordance with decisions made by the Republic of Türkiye's official authorities, the obligation for our passengers who will travel to Türkiye with or without a vaccination certificate to demonstrate a negative PCR or fast antigen test result before entering Türkiye has been eliminated.
No vaccinations or tests are required for our international travellers arriving in Türkiye.

Please contact our service centre no later than three working days before your departure if you want to travel with your pet. All necessary import documents – such as health certificates, vaccinations, customs regulations, etc., issued by officially approved veterinarians – must be submitted. Animals must also be accompanied by a passenger on the same flight.

Unfortunately, Mavi Gök Airlines does not currently offer online check-in.

Mavi Gök Airlines check in desks open 3 hours before your scheduled departure time and closes 45 minutes before. All passengers must provide a valid passport at check-in on all flights.

You can reserve your seat online while booking your flight or after booking.It can not be made for the optional reservations.

Mavi Gök Airlines does not provide evening check-in service.

We do not have an online check-in service yet.

A maximum of 6 kg of cabin baggage is allowed, one piece per person. The dimensions of the luggage should not exceed 55x40x20 cm.

On all MGA flights, children and adult passengers are generally allowed to carry 20 kg of
baggage (or the baggage allowance stated on the ticket)

The sum of the standard dimensions (width + lenght + height) of 1 piece of luggage belonging to the passenger should be 158 cm. The baggage allowance granted to the passenger cannot exceed 32 kg even if the excess baggage fee has been paid.

Child passengers under the age of 2 are not entitled to a seat.A child passenger over the age of 2 is provided with a seat like other passengers.
