Express Consent to The Processing of Personal Data

MAVİ GOK HAVACILIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ processes and protects your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the KVK Act") and the relevant legislation as described in the clarification text provided to you.

The Law regulates other conditions for the processing of personal data where express consent or express consent is not required for the processing of your personal data. Except as provided in Article 5(2) and Article 6(3) of the Act, your personal data may only be processed by us for the purposes of the processing if you give your express consent. With this express consent text, which is submitted to you for approval, you consent to the processing of your personal data specified in the clarification text, which is limited to the specified activities and processing purposes.
 

• I consent to the processing of my personal data in order to carry out analysis, profiling and targeting activities for marketing, to carry out advertising, marketing, campaigns and sales promotions and to inform me in this context, to provide me with the most suitable offers for my previous preferences and tastes, to create a directory of potential customers, to increase loyalty to MGA's products and services, to carry out customer satisfaction activities, to carry out celebrations and welcoming activities for special occasions.
• I consent to the processing of my visual data for the purpose of taking photographs and video recordings at organisations and events carried out as part of advertising, promotional, campaigning, sales promotion and sales processes for your company's products and services, as well as for carrying out advertising and promotional activities during the performance of flights; as the right holder, I also accept the disclosure of these visual recordings to third parties in public media such as. e.g. on the company website, social media for purposes of public information, advertising, announcing events and organisations, increasing the visibility of your company in online media, knowing that I have personal rights to the personal data provided and my rights to the recording and/or video of such data.
• I consent to the processing of my personal data of a special nature for the purposes of allocating services from MGA in accordance with my wishes and the fulfilment of contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction, carrying out customer services for goods/services, fulfilling my requests addressed to MGA, investigating my complaints and providing the necessary assistance, In order to provide services to me due to health disability and take necessary precautions as well as the disclosure to third parties in the context of the clarification text.
• I consent to the transfer of my personal data and private personal data to service providers located abroad for the purpose of using company email services and carrying out communication activities, as well as to your business partners, suppliers, airlines, law enforcement agencies, public institutions and organisations with whom information is to be exchanged in the course of carrying out international flight organisations and handling procedures, providing travel services and fulfilling contracts.

I am aware that my personal data will be processed on the basis of the legal ground of " express consent " regulated by Law no. 6698 on the protection of personal data, within the framework of the clarification text provided to me, and that I have the right to withdraw my express consent to the processing of my personal data at any time by request to the data controller.
